ADULT PRICES

60 minute coaching sessions are currently undertaken online, on phone or at a place of mutual convenience (i.e workplace/school/home) if disability prevents accessibility (this is by arrangement only). Sessions can be booked weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Standard rate per (self-funded) session is £85 and payable in advance. You are also welcome to pay more if your circumstances allow and completely at your discretion - this helps with subsidising coaching for others but is totally optional.

Standard rate per (Access To Work Funding or Employer Funded) available on request. If you have been awarded an amount via ATW, I will provisionally accept that amount - please enquire

Discretionary rates are also available at a sliding scale depending on circumstance. please do not hesitate to contact me (no questions asked) if the regular cost is preventing you from attending Coaching.

ONE OFF ADHOC SESSION cost £140 This is for a 90 minute single session. Some people just want/need a single session to reground themselves or “talk out loud” This works great if you are trying to make a decision or come to a conclusion regarding a specific area in your life.

Child/ Young Person Rate (11-17) £40 for a 40-50 minute session by arrangement

If you would like Coaching structured in an alternative way which is more suited to your needs, please reach out!! I am happy to consider ways of working with you which are not necessarily “typical” (as long as they are within my competence and uphold the standards of my membership body Association for Coaches)
